Kassidy Swonger joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2017. A Texas Panhandle native, Kassidy grew up showing pigs at Texas major stock shows and was involved in 4-H and FFA. Kassidy received her bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. She is part of the Better Stamford school supply drive, the Big Country Veterans organization, the Stamford Chamber of Commerce, and the Haskell Rotary Club. In her spare time, Kassidy enjoys volunteering with 4-H and stock shows, watching movies, and spending time with her husband.

Vicki Adams
Vicki Adams joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2001 with 22 and a half years of commercial banking experience. Vicki and her husband, Brian, reside in Haskell, Texas, where they are involved in the agricultural industry, farming 5,000 acres of cotton, wheat, and peanuts in Haskell and Throckmorton counties. Brian and his brother operate a custom harvesting business at home and in other parts of Texas for wheat, milo, corn, and cotton. Vicki is part of the Wild Horse Prairie Days event, ensuring logistics are in place to help the rodeo run smoothly. Vicki loves watching her grandchildren in their various activities and enjoys playing the piano and doing yard work.

Lauren Favor joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2023 with six years of lending experience, 4 of those being part of the Farm Credit System. Lauren and her family reside in Haskell and own a small cattle operation in Childress. She is a member of the Haskell Rotary Club, a Rural Health Clinic community board member, and an events specialist for Haskell Country Club. Her family has recently taken on show goats to show at major stock shows in Texas through junior FFA. Lauren’s hobbies include following her kids around in everything they are involved in, and when she isn’t busy with that, she enjoys watching the Hallmark channel and reading.
